Veronika began her career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney and Banc of America Securities in New York focusing on merger and acquisition transactions in the business services space. She has been sourcing and making investments in the small cap buyout market since 2003 when she joined Tuckerman Capital; and later with Gemini Investors where she executed leveraged buyouts, late stage growth investments and recapitalizations in the consumer, business and healthcare services, education and manufacturing sectors.

Veronika has also worked extensively with portfolio companies advising on corporate strategy, merger and acquisitions, business development and financial reporting.

Veronika received her B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from Macalester College. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Strong Women, Strong Girls.
