Mehran joined Webster Capital in 2012 and has been working in private equity and banking for nine years.

He started his career in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer/Retail investment banking group, where he focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, public equity financings, and debt financings. After Morgan Stanley, he transitioned to middle market private equity, working for Arsenal Capital Partners in New York and Gemini Investors in Boston while spending time in numerous industries and executing buyout, growth equity, control and non-control investments. His prior responsibilities included evaluating and executing investment opportunities as well as helping portfolio companies create value.

At Webster, Mehran evaluates and executes new investment opportunities. He also works closely with Conisus, Discovery Practice Management and Epic Health Services as a Board Observer.

Mehran received his B.A. from Bowdoin College.
