Each of the principals has extensive experience
managing through multiple business cycles, identifying,
financing, building and selling profitable branded
companies within our Funds’ target industry
sectors. Messrs Steiner, McKee and Malm have participated
in or led over 55 private equity transactions
which generated approximately $1.5 billion in
realizations on investments of more than $400
million. Mr. Larkin, in his role as lender, consultant
and investment banker, has helped structure over
100 transactions.
