Since 1983, Charlie has worked
closely with medium sized businesses and CEOs
in such areas as brand and competitive analysis,
decision support, strategy formulation and management
team assessment. Charlie has also been a trusted
advisor on many mergers, acquisitions, and debt/equity
financings. Charlie’s prior experience includes
commercial lending at JP Morgan Chase, consulting
at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and investment banking
at Advest and Tucker Anthony. Charlie helped form
Webster Capital in 2002.
Charlie has worked with many branded companies
ranging in size from ten million to over one billion
in revenues in such industries as consumer goods,
retail, basic manufacturing, technology, distribution,
and business services. Some of the companies Charlie
has worked with include Teton Homes, MooreCo,
New Balance Athletic Shoe, NBG Services, Guess
Jeans, Welch Foods, Mauna L’ai Beverages,
Cascadian Farms, Erie Plastics, Polar Beverages,
Viecore, GZA Environmental, Lionheart Technologies,
Acme Printing, New England Business Services,
Texas Commerce Bankshares, Red Rose Tea, Donna
Karan, Burlington Coat Factory, Red Apple Supermarkets,
Jones New York, Empire Airlines, Dress Barn, Price
Shopper, Climax Manufacturing and Syracuse Supply.
Charlie was educated at Colgate University and
received his MBA from the University of Virginia.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Teton
Homes, MooreCo International and is an Overseer
for the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
