We see our role as supporting the CEO and management team of each operating company in which we invest. In the past, Webster has drawn on its deep network to make introductions to new customers, expand distribution channels and make additions to the management team. We also help with facilitating add-on acquisitions, securing debt financing and developing shareholder liquidity plans.
