WEBSTER CAPITAL SELLS SUNDANCE
CATALOG TO BRENTWOOD ASSOCIATES

MA (July 10, 2012) – Webster Capital
together with ACI Capital are pleased to announce
the sale of Sundance Catalog to Brentwood Associates,
a leading consumer-focused private equity firm
based in Los Angeles. Sundance Catalog is a leading
retailer of sophisticated American West themed
apparel, jewelry and home items and was founded
by Robert Redford in 1989. Lazard Middle Market
served as exclusive advisors to Webster Capital
and ACI Capital. OneWest Bank provided senior
debt financing and GarMark Partners provided mezzanine
debt for the transaction.
