CAPITAL PARTNERS ACQUIRE A CONTROLLING INTEREST
IN HUDSON JEANS
Boston, MA (March 24, 2009) – Webster
Capital announces its investment in Hudson Jeans,
the Los Angeles-based maker of premium denim in
conjunction with Fireman Capital Partners, founded
by former Reebok CEO Paul Fireman.
 Founded
in 2002, Hudson Jeans, with its Union Jack logo,
has quickly developed into a market leader in
the premium denim space and has become a must-have
brand among fashion conscious women and celebrities.
Hudson’s brand position and product offerings,
coupled with its leading retailer relationships,
uniquely position the company to expand its brand
and market reach across the U.S. and global markets.
Webster and Fireman are seeking to capitalize
on Hudson’s business opportunity by providing
the company access to a group of knowledgeable
entrepreneurs and helping Hudson reach its full
potential under the leadership of CEO Peter Kim.
