WEBSTER CAPITAL SELLS COMFORT
KEEPERS TO SODEXO
WALTHAM, MA – August 18, 2009 – Webster
Capital is pleased to announce that it has sold
CK Franchising, Inc., dba Comfort Keepers®,
a leading franchise network providing in-home
care for seniors and other adults, to Sodexo,
one of the world’s leading Food and Facilities
Management services companies and the global leader
in the Health Care and Seniors markets. Webster
Capital acquired CK Franchising, Inc. in July
of 2007 and sold the Company after 25 months.
As a result of the sale, Webster Capital realized
a highly attractive return on its investment.
